found myself with an issue with my Etzinger PLUS grinder; it started to throw a 656 error on the screen at times, and Etzinger Support told me to do a run through of steps to take on hopefully troubleshooting the loadcell issue, so here's what to do:

1. Check the surface: Ensure that the grinder is placed on a completely stable, even, and vibration-free countertop. Even minor wobbles or uneven surfaces can interfere with the highly sensitive scale.
2. Inspect the portafilter holder: Check if the portafilter holder (which is directly connected to the loadcell pin) can move completely freely. Make sure no coffee grounds are stuck behind or around it, and ensure that no downward pressure is being exerted on the holder.
3. Clean the grinder: Temporarily remove the bean hopper and the portafilter holder. Carefully brush away any coffee residue around the holder and the chute using a small brush.
4. Perform a hard reset: Completely disconnect the grinder from the power outlet (unplug the mains plug) and wait for about 1 minute. Plug it back in to allow the system and the ACAIA scale to fully reinitialize.
