Demonstrating the brilliant 50KG Conti CC100 Compact 2 group; takes around 20 minutes to heat up, and built solidly with the highest quality components with a 7 Litre Copper boiler.

Works from a 13amp UK (240v) household plug.
Shots can be volumetrically adjusted as well as preinfusion, and PID temps.
Maintenance is easy to keep it in top form
Steaming is fantastic with the pressure it provides!
The Conti compact has 2 steam wands, and a hot water faucet.
The Conti, provides 2 Gauges to view the Pump Pressure, and Boiler Pressure.

EXTRAS I've added an LED white strip light to help see what's brewing; the Conti machine lacks lighting; I've also installed LED mood lighting beneath the machine which adds a soft touch of colour throughout the day and evening; even when the Conti is turned off, and not in use!

The machine works with a FloJet 5000 series water pump system which must be used with 2 x 5 Gallon containers; one for waste water, and one for fresh water; a Water filter is also installed inline with the FloJet system; you can of course use the machine plumbed into the mains water supply, but if you want to use the machine in a food truck, then a FloJet is your answer on the road!

Please note that only Conti portafilter holders must be used on Conti machines as the 2 side ears are much thicker than standard portafilter holders!
