the Bullet R1 had many issues because they too, used plastic parts, and failed!

Thankfully, the new drum motors are cheap enough to purchase through Aliexpress, but it's the inconvenience and time that makes you want more patience!

1. Always have a spare heating Infrared tube https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005...apt=4itemAdapt at hand incase of failure; lasts around 6 months of regular weekly use, and costs around £18 to replace!
2. Avoid using the filter housing, because it can drip **moisture** inside the rear of the unit, and onto electronics.
